Extension Ladders

 For  Extension Ladders  to be viewed as a security ladder, they should meet Level 1 prerequisites as per CSA Standard Z11–12 for the improvement project. In a construction project, it’s important to choose the right ladder for the job. When other methods of access and egress are impractical, workers can climb to an elevated working platform using an extension ladder. From there, they can gain access to an elevated working platform. Extension ladders are ladders that can be raised in height to reach higher places, as their name suggests. They typically have the ability to grow nearly twice as tall. The extension ladder is made taller by joining two ladders of the same length and elevating one ladder to create it. The ladder’s actual height is only a few feet less than twice as high as it would be otherwise because some sections overlap one another. Therefore, the extension ladder ought to be able to reach the location you want to access by a few feet, regardless of how high you want to
